Ben Webster is responsible for handling a variety of commercial litigation matters.

While in law school, Mr. Webster was a member of the FSU Law Review. As a member of the Moot Court Team, Mr. Webster argued in front of the Florida Supreme Court during FSU's 2005 Final Four Competition. He also competed in various national competitions, including the 2007 Luke Charles Moore Moot Court Competition held at Howard Law School, where he won best brief, runner-up best oralist and overall runner-up.

Prior to joining Baker Hostetler, Mr. Webster clerked for two years at the Tallahassee law firm Young van Assenderp, P.A.
