Lawyer Overview

Brandy McMillion, an associate in the firm's litigation group, focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation, unfair competition, and trade secret litigation. She also has litigation experience in complex commercial litigation, including employment litigation, antitrust and breach of contract. Mrs. McMillion is also very involved with pro bono representation and has represented clients in federal civil rights litigation, clemency petitions, and general constitutional issues.

While in law school, Mrs. McMillion participated in the George Washington University Law School Civil and Family Litigation Clinic where she represented clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, and child support. She also served as a student attorney in the George Washington University Law School Vaccine Injury Clinic and was admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, representing families of young children seeking compensation for vaccine-related injuries and death caused by vaccinations.
