Sarah Newcomer has experience litigating all aspects of business disputes, including matters involving claims of tortious interference with business relations, breach of fiduciary duty, wrongful termination, antitrust, and trade secret misappropriation. Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Newcomer served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Gregory L. Frost, United States District Judge for the Southern District of Ohio. As a law clerk, she drafted numerous orders and opinions and advised the court on a variety of employment law issues, which constituted a significant portion of the court's docket.
