Prior to joining Wiggin and Dana, Joseph was a Law Clerk in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit to the Honorable James R. Browning, Senior Circuit Judge. Joseph received his J.D. with high honors from the University of Montana School of Law in May 2006, where his National Moot Court Team was awarded Best Brief in Regional Competition. He graduated with a B.A., cum laude, in Political Science from Vanderbilt University.
