In particular, Mr. Amin focuses his practice in the fields of Business Planning & Litigation, Appellate Practice, Real Estate Transactions, Intellectual Property, Tax & Estate Planning and Immigration. Mr. Amin's legal experience encompasses serving larger Fortune Five Hundred companies, mid-sized privately held companies and sole proprietorships. Mr. Amin presently serves as company counsel to small to mid-sized businesses throughout California and Nevada.

Mr. Amin is admitted to practice law in California and Nevada. Presently, he is a member of the State Bar of California and the State Bar of Nevada, respectively. Likewise, Mr. Amin is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Clark County Bar Association. Finally, Mr. Amin is licensed by the California Department of Real Estate, as a Real Estate Broker. During law school, Ismail served as a judicial extern to the honorable Arthur M. Greewald in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
