Rozovics Law Firm, LLC offers comprehensive legal advice and litigation services for small and mid-size businesses, as well as select services for individuals.  Ms. Rozovics represents businesses of all sizes, from start-up companies without any employees, to mid-size corporations headed by families who now have over 50 employees, to large national corporations.  She is one of the few attorneys outside of the mega law firms who has the training and experience to assist businesses of all sizes entering the global marketplace.  She assists them in drafting cross-border contracts, ensures they are in compliance with U.S., international and foreign laws, and monitors foreign counsel when they must protect their interests and rights abroad.

Michelle J. Rozovics created the Rozovics Law Firm, LLC because she understands that clients want the special attention and efficiency small firms can provide, as well as the expertise and perseverence typically offered by large law firms.  The firm serves its clients through two offices (downtown Chicago and northwest suburban McHenry County) so that clients may obtain services in the location most convenient to their needs.
