Lawyer Overview

Joseph Creed is a senior associate in the firm’s Litigation Group. His practice includes all aspects of civil litigation, with a particular focus on employment law and commercial litigation. Mr. Creed represents employees, executives, and partners in all aspects of employment law. He also handles a wide variety of commercial-litigation matters, including contract disputes, local-government law, insurance coverage, and business litigation. He frequently represents clients in federal and state courts at both the trial and appellate levels. He also provides legal representation before administrative agencies.

Before joining Joseph, Greenwald & Laake, Mr. Creed served as a law clerk to the Honorable James A. Kenney III of the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland.
