Epstein, Mark Jay

Mark Jay Epstein is a partner with Pazer, Epstein & Jaffe, P.C., a law firm that has been dedicated to representing victims of personal injury and wrongful death throughout the state of New York for more than 50 years. Through more than two decades of practice, Mr. Epstein has handled serious and fatal accident cases involving a wide range of causes and issues, including car and truck accidents, bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, public transportation accidents, construction accidents, defective products, medical malpractice and property owner negligence.

Mark is a 1989 graduate of New York Law School and has been recognized as one of state's Top 100 Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers Association. He has also been an actively involved member of several professional and civic-minded organizations throughout his career, including the New York State Trial Lawyers Association (board member), the American Association for Justice, the Nassau Bar Association, the Suffolk County Bar association (Chair-Plaintiffs Committee), the Suffolk County Human Rights Commission, the Long Island Rail Road Commuters Council (chair) and the Huntington Township Chamber of Commerce.
