Mr. Vance was born in Flint, Michigan, April 29, 1978. He is a 2001 graduate of Michigan State University and a 2005 graduate of the Michigan State University College of Law. Mr. Vance maintains memberships with the Genesee County Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan, Michigan Defense Trial Counsel, Sports Lawyers Association and is a certified NFLPA Contract Advisor.
