Before joining the firm, Eugene worked for several years for a boutique civil litigation and transactional firm representing clients from medium-sized businesses and high net-worth individuals to nationally known corporations in a number of different transactions including commercial real estate purchases, leases, and the drafting and implementation of employment policies.
