The new law firm of Kelly Law was established in 2005. The Partners of the Firm are Richard W. Kelly, Jr. who has been practicing law since 1986 and Richard W. Kelly, Sr. who has been practicing law since 1962. The Kellys left a larger firm in 2005 to fulfill their dream of opening the Kelly Law firm. Kelly Law offers potential clients the experience and resources that are found at many large firms, but provides the personalized service and attention that defines our smaller-sized firm. Whether you are faced with a jury or civil trial matter, a personal injury matter, a real estate transaction or dispute or a construction transaction or dispute, our firm of experienced and skilled attorneys are here to guide you through it from beginning to end.
