Lawyer Overview

Jens-Uwe Hinder focuses on tax and company law, advising on international and national merger and acquisitions and inbound and outbound investments, including due diligence, international tax structuring, and transfer pricing. He advises on national and international fund structures and investments into such structures. Further he advises on national and international real estate transactions.

Jens-Uwe also has experience advising on restructurings, capital subscriptions (private equity), management buy-outs, leveraged financing, formulation of employee participation programs, and audits of large concerns. He has experience conducting Tax Court proceedings as well.
