Lawyer Overview

Adam Bellack's practice focuses on a broad range of corporate transactions and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and debt and equity financings. Adam has advised foreign and domestic clients involved in a variety of industries, as well as private equity and venture capital funds and their portfolio companies. In addition, he regularly provides general corporate and governance advice.

Prior to joining Hogan & Hartson, Adam worked as an associate for another large, international law firm in Washington, D.C. Previously, he worked as a law clerk for The Honorable Justice Robert L. Eastaugh of the Alaska Supreme Court.
