Jay M. O'Brien is an associate of the law firm of Strawinski & Stout, P.C.  His practice is focused primarily on premises liability, insurance defense, and insurance coverage disputes.  Mr. O'Brien graduated from Hobart College in 2002 with a bachelor's degree in Economics.  He earned his Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 2005.  In law school, he was a member of both the Law Review and Moot Court. Mr. O'Brien is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and The Florida Bar.
