Karen M. Prior to entering private practice in 2005, Ms. Alt was Deputy Town Attorney for the Town of Yorktown in Westchester County, New York from 2004 through 2005, where she was primary counsel to the Town of Yorktown Planning Board and interim counsel to the Town of Yorktown Zoning Board of Appeals. She represented the Town of Yorktown in housing litigation and served as a hearings officer in administrative proceedings involving Town agencies.

Ms. Alt was also a judicial law clerk for the State of Connecticut Superior Court from 2002 through 2004 where she specialized in administrative appeals and land use matters.
