An associate in the Corporate Department, Sabari Bagchi is a member of the Securities Group. Ms. Bagchi has extensive experience with PIPEs and registered direct transactions representing placement agents and issuers. She has also represented underwriters and issuers in public securities offerings, as well as emerging growth companies in connection with private placements and other corporate financing activities. In addition, Ms. Bagchi has advised companies and their boards on securities law compliance and corporate governance and has assisted them in the preparation of filings required under the Securities and Exchange Commission's periodic reporting system.
