An associate in the Corporate Department, David Carmona has experience in general corporate matters.

Mr. Carmona built his main academic background in Spain, where he graduated in Law and in Economics and obtained a Master of Business Law. Thereafter, David joined the Barcelona Bar and practiced in the fields of tax, mergers and acquisitions and antitrust law in Barcelona, Madrid and Brussels, respectively. Mr. Carmona was the recipient of a Fulbright Scholarship to further his legal studies in the United States at the University of Chicago Law School and at the University of California, Berkeley.
