Firm founder Dan Dolan, a Miami native, draws on his past experience of representing doctors, hospitals and corporations to advocate on behalf of seriously injured people in catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death and consumer class action litigation.

Since 2001, Mr. Dolan has recovered over $50 million on behalf of his clients and their families. In 2008, he was elected the President of the Miami Dade Justice Association, formally the Dade County Trial Lawyers Association, the largest county-based trial lawyer organization in the State. An Eagle member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, Mr. Dolan was selected to serve as chairman of the Dade County Legislative Recruitment Task Force. In 2004, he was awarded the Academy's Bronze Eagle Award.

Mr. Dolan is AV Peer Review Rated through prestigious Martindale-Hubbell, reflecting the highest rating in legal ability and ethical standards. Since 2002, Mr. Dolan has been recognized by the South Florida Legal Guide as one of the region's leading trial lawyers, and was also named in 2009's Florida Super Lawyers magazine's list of Rising Stars. Mr. Dolan is actively involved with his law school alma mater, St. Thomas University, where he lectures on trial advocacy and serves on the law school board of advisors.

Mr. Dolan and his family live in South Florida.
