Lawyer Overview

Rand McClellan has successfully represented clients in litigation matters at both the trial and appellate levels in matters involving commercial law, consumer protection law, as well as contract actions and business torts. Mr. McClellan's experience also encompasses construction law, creditors' rights, and complex litigation matters, including class actions. Mr. McClellan has also negotiated numerous favorable settlements for firm clients.

Prior to joining Baker Hostetler, Mr. McClellan was an intelligence officer in the United States Marine Corps, where he served as an infantry officer with First Battalion, Sixth Marines, and later as the Intelligence Collections Officer for the Second Marine Division, Camp LeJeune, NC.

Mr. McClellan is a member of the American, Ohio State and Columbus Bar Associations.
