Lawyer Overview
Noah received his undergraduate degree from Emory University in 1992 and his law degree from Emory University in 1995. Noah started his legal career prosecuting misdemeanors in the DeKalb County Solicitor's Office in July of 1995. In 1998, Noah joined the DeKalb County District Attorney's Office where he prosecuted felony cases including, drug trafficking, rape, murder and armed robbery, child molestation and child homicide cases. In addition to his courtroom responsibilities, Noah often gave lectures to police officers, doctors and other prosecutors in Georgia on several topics including: domestic violence, DUI, demonstrative evidence, child witnesses and testifying in child abuse cases. Additionally, Noah appeared on the ABC television show 20/20 as an authority on the subject of internet stalking.
In June of 2002, Noah decided to leave the DeKalb County District Attorney's Office and enter private practice. When Noah made this decision, he could not think of any better person to practice with than his long-time friend and colleague Peter J. Ross.
As a criminal defense lawyer, Noah handles all types of criminal cases, including juvenile delinquencies, misdemeanors, felonies and asset forfeitures in State, Superior and Federal Courts throughout the State of Georgia. Noah's knowledge of the criminal justice system and the trial skills he gained as a prosecutor makes him an invaluable asset to the clients he represents in criminal matters. Noah is known as a fearless trial lawyer who vigorously fights for his clients. In recognition of his work ethic and trial skills, Noah was named a Georgia Super Lawyer by his colleagues.
As a personal injury lawyer, Noah represents clients from across the State of Georgia who have been injured as a result of motor vehicle accidents, trucking collisions, defective products, medical malpractice, premises liability and constitutional violations. Noah uses the investigative and trial skills he honed as a prosecutor to hold responsible both the people who have injured his clients and the insurance companies who refuse to pay full compensation for his clients' injuries. Through these skills, Noah has helped recover millions of dollars in damages on behalf of his clients and their families.
