Law Firm Overview

I limit my practice exclusively to estate planning and probate. I don't do divorces, auto injuries or bankruptcies. Each staff member has a specific job related to the creation of trusts, administration of probate, or the general tasks related to these areas. Every day I meet clients and discuss estate and probate issues. I teach a class at the local university on estate planning and host a weekly radio show on estate planning. I have published two books on estate planning and given lectures to Florida Attorneys and the public on estate planning issues. J. Mark Fisher has been licensed in Florida since 1985 and limits his practice to estate planning and probate. In addition to having lectured statewide on the topics of estate planning, asset protection, avoidance of inheritance taxes and the use of the Living Revocable Trust, Mr. Fisher teaches classes on Estate Planning at the Fort Walton Beach campus of the University of West Florida. His book, "Estate Planning for Florida Residents," was published in 1996. His most recent book published in 2006, "Spending Grandma's Inheritance," is available on this web site.
