Previously, Gary Nelson practiced for 15 years as a partner at Jones, Cochrane, Hollenback, Nelson & Zumwalt, and about six years with two other Modesto law firms. The firm specializes in Workers' Compensation, Personal Injury, Social Security Disability and Business Litigation. Gary, with associate Tara Davis, provide hands-on guidance of all matters through resolution. The goals are responsiveness to the immediate legal needs of the client, aggressive representation, efficient settlement negotiation, and adequate preparation of the case should the matter need to go to trial.
