Ary Chang is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP, where she is a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice. Ms. Chang focuses her practice on all aspects of intellectual property litigation.

Before joining Foley, Ms. Chang was an associate at an intellectual property law firm, where her practice included intellectual property litigation and technology licensing. Prior to beginning her legal career, Ms. Chang worked as a research engineer at General Electric Co. where she designed and evaluated air pollution control systems and conducted studies to assess pollution control technologies.

Ms. Chang graduated, cum laude, from the University of California, Riverside, in 1996 with a B.S. in environmental engineering. She received her M.S. in engineering from the University of California, Irvine, in 1998, where she completed her thesis research at the UCI Combustion Laboratory. Ms. Chang earned her J.D. from the UCLA School of Law in 2005, where she was notes editor and articles editor of the Journal of Law and Technology and business manager of the Asian Pacific Law Journal.

Ms. Chang is admitted to practice in California and before the Southern, Central and Northern Districts of California.

Ms. Chang is fluent in Thai and Lao.
