Lawyer Overview

David Heinhold is a member of Parsons Behle & Latimer's Corporate and Tax department.  He concentrates his practice on general corporate matters and business transactions.  David graduated with honors from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah, where he was a William H. Leary Scholar. He received the CALI Excellence Award for securities law and the Outstanding Achievement Award for federal income taxation.  In 2002, David graduated from the University of Utah with a bachelor's degree in accounting.
