Welcome to the Web site for Diane S. Baker, Attorney. Ms. Baker's practice emphasizes family law, estate planning, and real estate law, and her office is located in the Colonial Park area of Lower Paxton Township.

She believes that most family matters, especially those where children are involved, can be resolved amicably with as little negative impact upon the children as possible. When necessary, however, she pursues matters aggressively to protect the interests of her client.

Ms. Baker understands the emotions involved during any domestic matter. She is committed to returning phone calls as promptly as possible, generally by the end of each business day, and also frequently corresponds with clients after hours, via email. She also understands the importance of providing affordable legal services and offers a reasonable hourly rate and some flat rate legal services for matters such as uncontested divorces, property agreements, support hearings and custody stipulations.

The cost of an initial consultation is $75 and at the initial meeting Ms. Baker will personally review your legal rights and responsibilities and, if possible, provide you with a total cost estimate.
