Lawyer Overview

Jeffrey’s practice is focused on all aspects of labor and employment law. He earned his degrees at Syracuse University and The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. He teaches a course in employment law at DeSales University as an adjunct professor, and has made numerous presentations and authored articles on a variety of employment issues.

He counsels and represents clients in administrative hearings, arbitrations, trials and appellate court proceedings dealing with:

• Fair Labor Standards Act
• Age Discrimination in Employment Act

Jeff’s expertise also covers employment issues such as wrongful discharge, contracts, handbooks, trade secret protections, injunctions related to restrictive covenants and mass picketing, drug testing and other employee privacy issues, sexual harassment policies, union issues, and affirmative action.

Additionally, Jeff has negotiated a number of police union contracts and has handled issues arising under civil service and the Heart ? Lung Act.
