Graham practices law in the diverse areas of business and commercial law, real estate, zoning and land development, municipal law, commercial litigation, replevin actions, and mechanics’ liens. He earned his degrees from Roanoke College and Villanova University School of Law.

Graham served as a staff writer and symposium editor for the Villanova Law Review, and author of "I Am Pro-Choice, Pro-Union and I Oppose Capital Punishment -- I Want You To Elect Me to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court"-- Is This the Future of Pennsylvania's Judicial Elections?, currently published at 48 Vill. L. Rev. 911 (2003). While in law school, Graham also served as co-chair for the Villanova Pro Bono Society.
