Lawyer Overview

A graduate of Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, and Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, Peter’s practice areas include health-care transactions, commercial lending, and municipal and zoning law.

Peter counsels individuals and health-care provider clients on diverse medical legal matters, ranging from appeals of adverse coverage decisions by insurers to the development of corporate compliance plans for hospitals and nursing facilities. Peter also has experience drafting and reviewing loan documents for financial institutions and borrowers in connection with various forms of credit facilities. Peter has worked with municipal officials on a variety of legal matters ranging from land use appeals to adoption of the new Uniform Construction Code. He has assisted in drafting and advising municipalities on adoption of ordinances and resolutions, as well as code enforcement.

Peter is a member of The Leonard Pool Society of Lehigh Valley Hospital and Health Network. He serves as secretary of the William H. and Patsy A. Lehr Foundation. He belongs to the Vanderbilt University Alumni Association and is a sustaining member of Alpha Phi Omega.
