Glenn Su has broad experience in general corporate and securities transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, inbound and outbound investments, privatizations, registered U.S. public offerings, dual listings in Hong Kong and New York, and Rule 144A/Regulation S equity and debt offerings. He is fluent in Chinese (Putonghua) and English.

Glenn's recent experience includes representation of:

• Dongfeng Motors, the third largest auto maker in China, in its US$500 million initial public offering and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Rule 144A/Regulation S global offering

• Fonterra Co-operative Group, the world's number one dairy product exporter, in its US$100 million acquisition of 43 percent equity interest in Shijiazhuang Sanlu Dairy Group

• BOC Hong Kong (Holdings) Limited in its restructuring and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and a US$2.5 billion global equity offering

• a telecommunications networking products company in its ongoing US$200 million SEC-registered initial public offering and listing of its ADRs on the Nasdaq National Market

• underwriters in the restructuring of China Telecom Corporation Limited in preparation for its initial public offering and dual listing on the New York Stock Exchange and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange

• China Mobile (Hong Kong) Limited in its 2000 follow-on global public offering of US$6.9 billion in equity and US$690 million in convertible notes

• China Mobile (Hong Kong) Limited in its US$32.84 billion acquisition of mobile communications companies in eight provinces in China in 2002 and

• PetroChina Company Limited in its restructuring and a US$2.9 billion initial public offering and dual listing on the New York Stock Exchange and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
