Since joining the firm, Ms. Barbero has represented individuals and public companies in a wide variety of civil matters before federal and state courts. Her practice is primarily focused on complex commercial litigation and intellectual property disputes. Ms. Barbero has also represented clients in appeals before the United States Supreme Court, the Federal Circuit and other appellate courts.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Barbero completed a clerkship with the Honorable Pamela Ann Rymer of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
