Wenhao regularly advises multinational companies and financial investors on how to structure their proposed and existing investments and operations in China. Wenhao has represented clients in a wide array of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, China inward investments, and venture capital/private equity financings. Wenhao works regularly with major Chinese state-owned companies and also serves as an advisor to several Chinese government agencies.

Wenhao recently represented a large U.S. chemical company in forming a joint venture in China with a major state-owned chemical company in China. In addition, he represented a leading private equity fund's proposed acquisition of a majority stake in the largest state-owned construction equipment manufacturer in China.

Wenhao is fluent in Chinese and in English.
