Jessie Tang has practiced in the areas of M&A, FDI, IP-related matters, and dispute resolution in China for more than 10 years. She has represented foreign clients, from multinational companies to financial institutions, including many Fortune 500 companies, in dealing with their greenfield investments in China and has provided day-to-day legal services to those companies.

As a participant or as a team leader, Jessie has been involved in many large M&A transactions for Chinese companies, financial institutions, and foreign invested enterprises, including listed companies. As legal counsel to foreign investors, Jessie has experience in structuring investments, due diligence investigations, antitrust reviews, and other related legal services.

Jessie also has represented foreign and domestic clients in dealing with real estate development and construction-related matters. In addition, she has represented many clients in dispute resolution concerning intellectual property, contractual, and labor challenges and has experience providing legal advice regarding risk avoidance and management.
