Jessie Tang has practiced in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, intellectual property, and dispute resolution in China for more than 10 years. She represents foreign clients, from multinational companies to financial institutions, including many Fortune 500 companies, in dealing with their greenfield investments in China and provides day-to-day legal services to those companies.

As a participant or as a team leader, Jessie has been involved in many large M&A transactions for Chinese companies, financial institutions, and foreign invested enterprises, including listed companies. As legal counsel to foreign investors, she has experience in structuring investments, due diligence investigations, antitrust reviews, and other related legal services.

Jessie also advises foreign and domestic clients in real estate development and construction-related matters. In addition, she has represented many clients in dispute resolution concerning intellectual property, contract, and labor issues and has experience advising on risk management.
