Matthew DiNicola joined Glaser Weil as an associate in May of 2007. Since that time, he has practiced in the firm's litigation and transactional departments. Before joining the firm, Mr. DiNicola founded a production company specializing in short format internet content. Mr. DiNicola also established a private law practice where he served as legal counsel to various production companies and advised filmmakers during the financing and production of their projects.
Mr. DiNicola earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Vanderbilt University in 2000. He received his law degree from Pepperdine University in 2004, where he was on the Dean's List his graduating year. While in law school, Mr. DiNicola was selected to participate in Pepperdine's international law program in London, England. Mr. DiNicola has been admitted to practice law in the State of California and the State of Texas.
