Law Firm Overview

I have a firm belief in providing the highest level of client service. My objective is to mitigate the financial and economic, as well as the psychological, consequences of divorce on the entire family. In this regard, I am an advocate of "therapeutic jurisprudence," which involves an interdisciplinary approach to marital law that focuses attention on not just the legal aspects of family law, but also the law's impact on the mental health and psychological functioning of those it affects. Although I am not a psychologist, in appropriate circumstances I recommend you and your family see one.

I believe in a cost-effective problem-solving approach with the goal of placing the family in a better all around position post-divorce. While going to court should be a last resort, I am quite skilled in the courtroom when necessary.
