Lenahan & Rockwell, P.A., was established in January, 1993, by Thomas E. Lenahan, Jr. and Mark P. Rockwell. Mr. Lenahan had been a partner in the firm of Franchino & Lenahan, P.A., Raritan, New Jersey for approximately eighteen years. Mr. Rockwell had been an associate with Franchino & Lenahan, P.A., serving as the supervising attorney for the firm's Workers' Compensation Department.

The firm of Lenahan & Rockwell, P.A., was established with the purpose of providing the highest professional and personal service to our clients with an emphasis upon the representation of insurance carriers and self-insured corporations in the Trial Courts and Workers' Compensation Courts of the State of New Jersey.  It was the intention of the founding partners to limit the firm's practice to these two subject areas. At the present time, more than fourteen years after its inception, over 95% of the firm's activities are conducted in the defense of civil lawsuits in the Liability Courts and the representation of the employers and insurance carriers in the Workers' Compensation Courts. The entire firm is geared to accomplish this mission.
