Colm's work is almost exclusively in construction litigation. He has experience representing project owners in asserting delay claims against contractors for untimely delivery of projects, and defending the impact claims made by contractors. He has represented contractors, owners, and subcontractors in construction defect litigation and lien disputes. He is familiar with GC/CM contracting and has helped clients work through the CPARB review process.
He is currently representing an owner in a 10m delay/impact claim dispute against a national contractor, and prosecuting several liens on behalf of contractors.
