For the last five years, Colm has worked exclusively in real estate and construction litigation. He has experience representing project owners in asserting delay claims against contractors for untimely delivery of projects and defending the impact claims made by contractors. He has represented contractors, owners (both private and public) and subcontractors in construction defect litigation (including asserting claims against insurers for property damage) and complex lien disputes. He is familiar with GC/CM contracting and has helped clients work through the CPARB review process.
