Edward Chang represents clients in all aspects of complex commercial litigation, in both trial and appellate courts, in a wide array of practice areas, including antitrust, unfair business practices, corporate governance, securities, real estate, information reporting, products liability, and intellectual property. He has represented numerous Fortune companies, including Chevron, Experian Information Solutions, Ford Motor Co., IBM, Verizon Communications, and Yamaha Motors, as well as other publicly and privately held businesses and public entities. Edward's practice also includes significant international litigation experience in South America, Africa, Europe, and Asia.

Recent representative matters as lead associate or attorney include: Applied Medical Distribution Corporation in the U.S.D.C. on summary judgment, leading to a favorable published opinion wherein the Ninth Circuit granted Applied's request for an anti-suit injunction and awarded Applied its attorneys' fees and costs (AMDC v. Surgical Co. BV, 587 F.3d 909 (2009)); Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless in a putative consumer class action, obtaining a dismissal on the pleadings and a published opinion limiting the scope of plaintiff standing to pursue an unfair competition lawsuit (Peterson v. Cellco Partnership, 164 Cal. App. 4th 1583 (2008)); and Intelius Inc. in a putative consumer class action, obtaining a dismissal on the pleadings of all class allegations (Lewis v. Intelius Inc., Case No. 30-2009-00180096, O.C.S.C., October 2009).

Edward is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association, and the Asian American Bar Association and is also a board member of the O.C. Korean American Bar Association.
