Mr. Clarke is a founding member of the Law Offices of Laurence R. Clarke, a Los Angeles law firm focusing on civil litigation. His practice areas include business transactions, commercial litigation, construction law, contractual disputes, elder law, real estate disputes, residential foreclosures, and serious personal injury. In the course of his career, he has litigated over 100 cases to jury trial, and has frequently lectured on trial tactics and strategy. Mr. Clarke is a member of the prestigious litigation organization, American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), and is rated "AV", the highest possible ranking by his peers for ethical standards and professional ability (Martindale-Hubbell). Before that, Mr. Clarke was a Partner at Spray, Gould & Bowers LLP, constructing his practice and reputation around civil litigation and trial.
