Since 1988, Maggie McCall Moody has practiced law in the Tallahassee community. The McCall Moody Law Firm combines the benefit of wide and varied experience with the personalized attention that comes with a small firm. In addition to her practice in trial and appellate courts, Ms. Moody has substantial governmental experience having held positions with the Supreme Court of Florida, the Florida Senate and the Florida House of Representatives. Being located in the state capital and having significant participation in government benefits our clients who need legal assistance in a variety of governmental processes. Throughout two decades of legal work, Ms. Moody's background in estate planning and family law in particular have covered the spectrum from client representation and litigation to lecturing and attending courses on the current law to staffing court committees determining how such cases would be handled in the judicial system to drafting appellate arguments on such matters to drafting and analyzing legislation governing family and estate law to mediating family law matters to working with financial planners and certified public accountants regarding tax law. Our representation focuses the full benefit of this multilevel involvement and knowledge into a direct personal approach to fully meet each client's needs.
