Kyle Wood focuses his practice on intellectual property law and technology. Kyle's experience includes drafting and negotiating technology development, licensing, worldwide distribution, and other technology-related agreements. Kyle regularly counsels clients on matters involving intellectual property issues that arise in the context of general corporate transactions, including public and private financings and mergers and acquisitions.

Before law school, Kyle worked as a financial analyst for Sprint Communications and as a director of business development at a small Internet start-up in Virginia. Prior to joining Jones Day, Kyle worked as counsel at Sony Computer Entertainment America and Sun Microsystems.
