Lawyer Overview

Vanessa's practice focuses on securitisation matters (as they relate to Spanish transactions structured through Spanish funds as well as cross-border securitisation transactions structured through special purpose vehicles "SPVs"), restructuring of international groups of companies in financial difficulties (in relation to Spanish law), and financing operations (including project finance transactions involving renewable energy such as wind parks, mini hydraulic plants, and biomass and cogeneration plants and infrastructure), corporate finance, asset financing, and collective investment schemes.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Vanessa worked for seven years at another international law firm in their banking and finance department.
