Practice

Mr. Estrada focuses his practice on issues of e-discovery. Specifically, he works with other attorneys, litigation technology project managers, and paralegals on teams that manage electronic and other documents in large cases and investigations. Attorneys on these teams take a leadership role in the document control process, systematically tracking documents from preservation to collection and through review and production. They work with e-discovery vendors and their review and analytical tools; review documents; train and oversee other firm and contract attorneys who review documents; and partner with project managers to perform production quality control.

Mr. Estrada has direct experience with large scale government investigations involving pharmaceutical companies and other large entities.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Estrada worked as a contract attorney for several large Boston firms on securities, intellectual property and other general litigation matters. He has also worked in the entertainment industry as a music agent and legal counsel to multiple music promotion entities.

Mr. Estrada is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.

Community Involvement

Mr. Estrada is actively involved with the Jamestown Project at Yale. The Jamestown Project at Yale is a national, nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to creating, articulating, promoting and implementing new ideas for enriching American democracy.
