Nick Frost, an associate in the firm's business group, focuses his practice in the areas of commercial finance, public finance and general corporate matters. Nick has experience counseling borrowers and lenders in numerous types of secured and unsecured financial transactions, including acquisition financing on behalf of purchasers and sellers of businesses and assets, senior and mezzanine structured financing with an emphasis in hotel and leisure properties, revolving credit facilities and New Markets Tax Credit transactions. He also has experience serving as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel and issuer's counsel in a variety of public finance transactions and private securities offerings. In addition, Nick assists clients in general corporate matters and compliance issues, including corporate formation and corporate governance, as well as federal and local certifications for disadvantaged, women-owned and minority-owned business enterprises.
