Kurt Neumann is an associate in the Business Group. His practice focuses on financial transactions in the areas of commercial finance, structured finance, financial asset securitizations and public finance. Since 2006, Kurt has represented borrowers in financings in excess of $3,650,000,000, with an emphasis in the hotel and hospitality sector. He has experience representing clients in private placements, securitizations, senior and subordinated debt financings, mezzanine loans, credit facilities, defeasances and interest rate swap agreements. He has also served as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel and issuer's counsel, including on public financing transactions in excess of $1,750,000,000 since 2006. In addition, Kurt frequently helps clients with general corporate matters.
