Claudia Muhlenbernd’s practice focuses on matters of labor and employment law.
Prior to joining Hogan & Hartson, Claudia worked as a research assistant to Prof. Dr. Dr. Dr. h.c. Franz-Jurgen Sacker at the Free University of Berlin where she wrote her thesis on title protection. After passing her First State Exam in Law, Claudia spent a year in Dublin, Ireland, at Trinity College where she received her Masters of Laws (LL.M.) degree. During her two year mandatory legal training, Claudia clerked, inter alia, with a leading Spanish law firm in Madrid, Spain.
