Lawyer Overview
Since Beth joined the firm in 2007, she primarily focuses her practice on estate planning for both traditional and non-traditional families, working closely with her clients to create quality estate plans that are hand-crafted to suit the unique needs and wishes of each family. Beth also works with the goal of maintaining long-lasting professional relationships with her clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Beth clerked for the Hon. Marilyn Litzenberger at the Multnomah County Courthouse which gave her invaluable experience in the courts as well as the systems and procedures that allowed a case to proceed smoothly. She also worked as a staff attorney for both Southern Arizona Legal Aid of Tucson, Arizona and Pascua Yaqui Legal Services for the Pascua Yaqui Tribe. At Southern Arizona Legal Aid, Beth represented survivors of domestic violence cases in contested divorce and child custody cases. As an attorney for the Pascua Yaqui Tribe, Beth represented tribal members in the areas of family law, consumer protection, and public benefits, in several state and tribal courts throughout the State of
