Felix Kushnir is an associate in Dickstein Shapiro's Corporate and Finance Practice. He represents public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, corporate governance, and commercial agreements with special emphasis on advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies. A significant portion of Mr. Kushnir's work also involves representing mezzanine lenders in connection with debt financing and equity co-investments.

Mr. Kushnir also advises early-stage emerging growth companies on formation and financing issues, intellectual property licensing, and equity and compensation matters. His venture capital experience includes representing issuers in initial- and late-stage venture capital financings.
