Felicia N. Soler concentrates her practice in the areas of franchise and general corporate law. Ms. Soler is a 2006 graduate from St. John's University School of Law, where she was the Executive Research and Comments Editor for the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review.She also published Leap of Faith' Into Bankruptcy: An Examination of the Issues Surrounding the Valuation of a Catholic Diocese's Bankruptcy Estatein the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review and was awarded the Justice Harold Birns Award for the best note in a student journal.
