Andrew Lewinter is a Eugene, Oregon attorney whose practice focuses on labor law and employment law.  Andrew represents labor unions and individual employees.

Andrew Lewinter graduated cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law, where he also served as Lead Articles Editor of the Georgia State Law Review. Following law school, he was Counsel at the National Labor Relations Board in Washington, D.C. He is licensed to practice law in New Mexico and Oregon.

Andrew was a symphony musician for fourteen years prior to becoming a lawyer. During this time, he actively participated in collective bargaining as chairman of the musicians' representative committee. This experience nurtured a strong belief in unionism, and eventually inspired him to become a labor lawyer.
