  • Currently defending Chrysler Group LLC in an action brought by former dealers dissatisfied with the remedy provided by a federal statute enacted in response to the rejection of those dealers in “Old Chrysler’s” 2009 bankruptcy proceedings. (Eagle Auto Mall et al. v. Chrysler Group LLC, Case No. 2:10-cv-03876 (LDW)(GRB))
  • Representation of company in state court class action alleging breach of fiduciary duty in connection with the sale of retirement products to state employees
  • Successful pro bono representation of an unaccompanied minor seeking asylum in the United States based on gender related persecution in her home country of Mali
  • Litigated a fast-paced patent infringement action for a leading consumer products company’s tooth whitening technology in the US District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin (Procter & Gamble Co. v. McNeil PPC-Inc., Case No. 08-CV-251 (BBC)(2009))
  • Obtained a motion to dismiss on behalf of a German telecommunications company in a $7.5 billion RICO action filed in the US District Court for the Western District of Washington and defeated a subsequent appeal to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals
  • Advised energy company regarding potential misconduct of employees in its South American subsidiary; conducted internal investigations as part of effort to remain in compliance with Department of Justice and Securities Exchange Commission settlement agreements related to allegations of violating the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act
  • Advised a high-level executive of a global reinsurance company under investigation by the Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission prior to meetings with those agencies

Past Experience

While in law school, Ms. Feit interned at Catholic Charities Community Services, where she successfully obtained asylum grants for three refugees seeking asylum. She also interned for the Honorable Kimba M. Wood in the Southern District of New York.

Prior to her legal career, Ms. Feit worked at the Claims Resolution Tribunal for Dormant Accounts in Zurich, Switzerland. She drafted arbitration decisions for claims to assets that belonged to Holocaust survivors and their relatives. The assets had been dormant in Swiss Banks since 1945.
